Cellular Aspirator or also known as Cellular Fans are designed to meet the ventilation needs of places such as workplaces, offices, cafeterias, markets, dining halls, meeting halls.
Cell fans, aspirators are manufactured using aluminum drawn or epoxy coated galvanized profiles. The bases of the devices are made of painted galvanized material, whose strength is increased by giving a special shape in 4mm thickness. The cell panels are 30mm thick and the outer wall is 1mm thick painted galvanized inner wall is manufactured from 0.8 mm dipped galvanized sheet. Rock wool with a density of 50kg / m3 is used as filling material.
In aspirators with sparse duct cells, the fan shaft is extended outside the cell so that the motor and drive mechanism are out of the air flow, and the bedding is made outside the cell. Backward inclined rare blade or forward curved dense bladed double suction radial fans are used that balance the balances dynamically and statically. The fan and motor gray are connected to the body by using various number of insulators, which have maximum vibration absorption feature according to weight and speed.
Bearings used in radial fans and electric motors are closed-bodied and have a working life of at least 40000 hours. The pulleys used in the power transmission are tapered bushes or wedged types with balanced areas. The belt tensioning device moves in a linear axis by means of a screw shaft, when the register reaches the proper tension, the fixing bolts are tightened and the process is completed. The same process is repeated at every belt change. In this way, the parallelism of the fan and motor pulleys to each other is protected. Radial fans are mounted to the Cell Aspirator cell using flexible connection elements and specially designed cuffs.
Cellular Aspirators are selected according to the air flow and pressure, thanks to a computer program. Considering the fan shaft power and drive mechanism losses, 25% more power is applied together with the safety margins.
