VensaArt produces both competitive and innovative productions with excellent environmental applicability and intelligent control units with the air handling units it produces.
In Air Handling Units applications, there is a fan cell in order to provide air circulation according to the environment requirement. Forward curved bladed fans are preferred for low pressure range units, while both forward and backward inclined bladed fans can be used for units in the medium and high pressure range.
Airfoil bladed fans are often preferred due to their efficiency and low noise levels. Plug fan usage is also possible depending on the design conditions of the Air Handling Unit. Since plug-fan systems are directly connected to the motor shaft, there is no need for another system for power transmission. In this way, friction burns arising from transmission are minimized and more efficient systems can be obtained. The air handling unit is also an advantageous form of application due to its ease of service and operation.
The fans used in Air Handling Unit projects are made of galvanized sheet and optionally can be manufactured as painted. Fans are dynamically and statically balanced according to ISO 1940 - G6.3 norm.
